1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations
We offer free standard shipping to most countries worldwide. This includes but is not limited to:
North America: United States, Canada, 
Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and most EU countries
Asia Pacific: Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong

Note: Due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot ship to a few specific countries. If your country is not supported, you will be notified during checkout.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.

6. Customs & Import Taxes
Important: While we cover all shipping costs, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your country's import regulations. We cannot predict or control these charges.

7. Shipping Delays

While we ensure prompt dispatch from our warehouse, we cannot guarantee delivery times once packages are with carriers.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address errors, reshipping fees will apply.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of shipment at support@nueplay.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
